"Fare Alerts" are the emails we send to members every time cheap flights come available.  You can typically expect to get 2 - 7 emails per week (depending on how many flights are going on sale).  

It's a question we get a lot.  The answer is pretty simple - no.  We specialize in finding cheap flights.  We have our hands full monitoring over 120 airlines around the clock.  While many of our customers are comfortable booking their flights and trips on their own, a lot of them also employ travel agents in their respective markets.  That's entirely up to you.  

Our world headquarters are located in Northwest Arkansas.  Our flight trackers monitor airports from St. Louis (north end of our zone) to Austin, Texas (southern end).  We go as far west as Wichita, and as far east as Memphis (for now).  So, if you live in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, or North Carolina - we have flight trackers watching fares around the clock for you.   As membership expands at our boundaries, we'll be expanding our airport monitoring as well!  

This is a good question.  In your Fare Alert emails, we'll send you links to flight prices we're finding for you.  These will often take you to google flights web page.  We always recommend our members book directly with the airlines as often as possible!  Even though prices sometimes look better with some discount type sites online, we've found booking directly with the airline is almost always the best way to go (especially if you have a problem).  

After joining, you'll get a welcome email first.  That will confirm that we have your address set up correctly, and that your membership is live.  After that, you'll start getting "Fare Alerts" as soon as they go out (maybe the day you join, or soon thereafter).

1. Log into your Adventure Fares account at www.adventurefares.com/login.

2. Click your profile icon (top right) and select Account.

3. Open the Billing tab.

4. In Active Subscriptions, click the three dots to the right of your membership.

5. Choose Cancel this subscription and follow the prompts.

Your Fare Alerts will keep coming until your current billing period ends — so you might still spot a trip you can’t resist before then.

This happens a lot.  When we find a sale/discount airfare - we get it to members as quickly as possible.  However, flight prices change quickly (without notice) so those links can become obsolete within days (or even hours).  Keep watching.  If you missed out on this deal, another one will come up!

To make sure you never miss a deal, add [email protected] to your contacts and mark any AdventureFares email as “Not Spam” if you find it in your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
For the best results:

• Gmail: Drag any AdventureFares email from the Promotions tab into your Primary inbox.

• Apple Mail: Select the email, click “Not Junk” in the toolbar, and add us to your VIP list.

How do I update my payment method?

1. Log into your Adventure Fares account at www.adventurefares.com/login.

2. Click your profile icon (top right) and select Account.

3. Go to the Billing tab.

4. In the Active Subscriptions section, click the three dots to the right of your membership.

5. Select Update payment information and enter your new card details.

Your updated payment method will be used for your next renewal.
