DEPARTURES: ALL OUR AREA AIRPORTS!
DATES: Vary by flights - most within the next 4 months
AIRLINES: Frontier, Spirit, Allegiant, Breeze
NOTES: Several changes from the last "under $100" fare alert. Some new destinations are showing up - and some others went away!
Some of these deals make great weekend getaways, some of them remind us to go see an old friend, and some just spark a travel idea.
We've signed on a lot of new members again this week! We'd like to welcome everybody here. We're growing fast, and we're getting faster at searching for discounted fares. When the really good ones hit - we're ready.
*Plan for luggage fees when you travel with the discount carriers.
Good luck! As always, we hope you find a travel adventure in here somewhere.
*Domestic Fares Notes: Most of these are usually from the “discount carriers:” JetBlue, Spirit, Allegiant, etc. We typically advise people to plan for luggage fees (if you don’t pack REALLY light), and try not to use these flights for critical trips (like family weddings). We’ve taken lots of successful flights with the discount carriers - and have had overwhelmingly good results. But, when a flight gets cancelled - you’re often going to be waiting a full day or more for another one. That can be a deal breaker on a lot of trips.
*Click on flight links below to be directed to sample dates / flights. This is a great starting place to start finding dates that work for you. Prices were valid when this fare alert was assembled - but are subject to change at any moment.
*Over $100, but deserves mention (cheapest flight we've ever seen from XNA to Connecticut):
(nothing today...)
Adventure Fares recommends starting your fare search with easy-to-use search engines (like Google Flights) to locate the flight you’re wanting, dates and details. Then, after finding the flight details, we recommend booking the actual flights direct with the airlines. We also sometimes use travel services like Momondo.com, expedia.com, travelocity.com - and others. Booking with airlines directly is typically preferable, especially when problems occur (such as flight changes, delays, booking problems, etc).
Emails get lost, deleted, dropped into the wrong folder sometimes. Any time you need to find the most recent Fare Alerts - this is where you'll need to check. Click here to go to Fare Alerts Archive section of the site. Alerts are posted here as soon as they're sent out - so you'll never have to miss one again. This part of the site is member password protected, so you will need to be logged in to access the page.
