NOTES: We love Belize! There are so many options for things to do; from world-class diving and snorkeling the Barrier Reef, to rainforest adventures, caving, hiking, exploring incredible Mayan ruins - and fantastic wildlife photography!
There are some good resorts on the islands and on the mainland, lots of AirBNBs, and we don't mind driving around the country (the roads are pretty good).
