FARE ALERT: Cheap Flights to the Northeast!

NANTUCKET, BOSTON, MARTHA'S VINEYARD, NEW YORK, PORTLAND, AND MORE!

DEPARTURES:  Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee

DESTINATIONS: New York, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, More!

DATES: JUL-APR (varies by departure and destination)

AIRLINES:  American, Spirit, Allegiant, United, JetBlue, Delta

NOTES:   There are several updates here, and some fantastic new deals to the Northeast (especially from Kansas City)!

We're seeing some REALLY great fares to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard - even a few summer dates.

Lots of updates and some price drops  for NYC, Bangor, Boston and a couple others. These are the first good price drops we've seen in a few weeks domestically - hoping that's a trend that continues!

Be careful when booking flight combinations.  If there's a layover, make sure you've got an hour or more to catch your next flight.

Good luck booking that next travel adventure!

*Domestic Fares Notes:  There are fares in here from the “discount carriers:”  JetBlue, Spirit, Allegiant, etc.  We typically advise people to plan for luggage fees (if you don’t pack REALLY light), and try not to use these flights for critical trips (like family weddings).  We’ve taken lots of successful flights with the discount carriers - and have had overwhelmingly good results.  But, when a flight gets cancelled - you’re going to be waiting a full day or more for another one.  That can be a deal breaker on a lot of trips.

*Trick (when you're booking, look at ONE WAY fares each way just to check).  Sometimes on domestic flights, that can save you 20% or more!

*Click on flight links below to be directed to sample dates / flights.  This is a great starting place to start finding dates that work for you.  Prices were valid when this fare alert was assembled - but are subject to change at any moment.

Booking Flights

Adventure Fares recommends starting your fare search with easy-to-use search engines (like Google Flights) to locate the flight you’re wanting, dates and details.  Then, after finding the flight details, we recommend booking the actual flights direct with the airlines.  We also sometimes use travel services like Momondo.com,  expedia.com,  travelocity.com - and others.  Booking with airlines directly is typically preferable, especially when problems occur (such as flight changes, delays, booking problems, etc).
